Yoshinkan Aikido is a modern Japanese Martial Art taught to the Japanese Riot Police or kidoutai, which when  used for self-defense can counter many different attacks.  It is also known for its clear and precise movements resulting in effective and powerful techniques that do not rely on muscle strength to execute, as well as its step-by-step teaching method.
